You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping.
Eligible returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts, accessories and manuals included. E-bikes and dirt bikes must not have been ridden outdoors or registered.
Items we cannot accept
- Items that show use, wear or damage not present at delivery
- Helmets and personal protective gear that have been worn, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to start a return
- Email info@wattwayride.store or call +1 (903) 314-6045 within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without a label, as they may not reach the correct warehouse.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or give a full refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
