What’s covered
Warranty length and coverage depend on the brand and product. The exact terms are listed on each product page. Most manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s usually not covered
- Normal wear and tear, such as tires, brake pads and chains
- Damage from crashes, misuse, improper assembly or unauthorized modifications
- Commercial or rental use
- Water damage beyond the product’s rated protection
How to make a claim
Contact us at info@wattwayride.store or +1 (903) 314-6045 with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video. We will work with the manufacturer on your behalf and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
Register your product
Some brands ask you to register your bike or scooter to activate full warranty coverage. We will let you know if this applies to your purchase.
